You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it (with the exception of special or custom orders and final sale items). To make a return or exchange, please contact us at (651)744-0000 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please have your receipt or order number ready so we can assist with your refund.
Your refund will be processed one-two business day after your return is received. It may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Please note we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged in transit back to our store. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order.
If you provided an email during checkout you will be notified when we have processed your order.
Our 14-day return policy may not always work for gifts and we will accept gift returns within an extended time frame. Each return or exchange will be assessed on a case by case basis. If a product is returned, you may chose to receive a Vandalia Glassworks credit or to have the buyer refunded for the price of the purchase.
Your replacement order will not be mailed until we receive your return. If your exchange costs more than the original order, you must pay the difference. If your exchange costs less than the original order, you will receive a credit for the difference.

The buyer is responsible for costs associated with returning the artwork. Please pack your order carefully. Make sure all items are securely packaged; use the original packaging if possible. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging. If you have any questions about repackaging your product please call us at (651)744-0000.
